Owner Rick Ramstrom has been in the automotive field his entire life. His grandfather owned and operated a shop in West Boylston, Rick's hometown, and both his father and uncle owned shops in Worcester. Now there is a fourth generation, as Rick's son Derek is working along with his father here at Ramstrom's Service Center where we are celebrating 30 years in business!
Kevin Cartee, our Service Manager has over thirty years of knowledge and experience in the automotive industry.
Michael Zostant, ASE Master Tech, first worked towing vehicles while still in high school, and now has over 25 years of practical experience and vehicle repair and diagnostic skills.
Mike Gordon, ASE Certified Tech, began his automotive career while in college and now has over 20 years of automotive training and experience.
Jimmy Darling, owned and operated a towing and repair business for a number of years before coming to work at Ramstrom's Service Center, bringing along with him over 30 years of knowledge.
In addition, we have Derek Ramstrom, Tim Rotti, and Alec Carlson who apprentice along with our experienced ASE Certified Technicians.
Deb Reed, our Office Manager, is AMI certified, and has worked at Ramstrom's Service Center since it began 30 years ago.
